The more I work with PowerShell the more impressed I am with how useful of a tool it is to manage Exchange. Public Folder Error C1038A21

When opening the properties of a mail-enabled Public Folder you get the error message, The mail proxy for this folder cannot be found. This may be due to replication delays.
