Microsoft Exchange 2010
Exchange 2010 is the most recent and most powerful email service released from Microsoft to date. Database redesign and redundancy allows organizations running on Exchange 2010 to reduce IT costs by consolidating servers, reducing storage cost, and through an overall reduction in operational costs.
With legacy versions of Exchange, putting together a comprehensive, highly available solution which included disaster recovery took hours of planning and custom scripts. Exchange 2010 now introduces a highly available and disaster recovery solution all rolled into a single service called the Database Availability Group (DAG). Organizations that implement DAG solutions can sustain server outages with minimal downtime. Exchange 2010 is loaded with new features such as mailbox access auditing, a new permission model, native archiving, a new interface for Outlook Web App, self service of distribution group and user accounts, e-discovery of mailbox data, and so much more!!!!
